On-Site Registration Times and Locations
On-site registration times have not yet been determined, but registration will be held on the first floor concourse of the Murray D. Lincoln Campus Center. Additional information will be sent to all registered attendees closer to June. Be sure to come to the on-site registration to pick up your conference materials and, if necessary, a parking pass for the Campus Center Parking Garage (see below).
Updating Your Registration/Registering another Attendee
To update your registration, add registration selections or make additional payments: return to the online registration page login and sign-in using the account you created. Click here to be brought to the online registration login page. Login to your account under the box that says "Login to the Registrant Portal". You should then see a summary of your previously completed registration (click "Registrations" on the top tab if you do not see this when you login). Click the "Edit Registration" button on the right to update your registration. You may also contact the Registration office at 413-577-8102 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
To register another attendee: Return to the online registration login page. You can then create a new account for that attendee using their own email address (click "Sign up with us" on the left) OR you can login to your account under "Login to the Registrant Portal" and add a new registration. To use this latter method, login to your account under "Login to the Registrant Portal" and click "Registrations" on the top tab. After this, you should see a box below this bar that says "New Registration". Click "New Registration" and enter the code Brachypodium into the box. Click "Submit Code". A new page will appear that reads "You already have a registration associated with the code Brachypodium. If you would like to create a new registration please click 'Yes'. If you do not want to create a new registration you can access your existing registration which is shown below." Click "Yes" to register a new attendee.
Cancellations received by the close of business (5pm EST) on June 10, 2015, will receive a refund less a $60 cancellation-processing fee and any administrative fees. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after June 10, 2015. Attendees that need to cancel must contact the Registration office at 413-577-8102 or email@example.com. Please note that all phone cancellations must immediately be followed with a written confirmation of your cancellation by email or fax.
